RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, please let us know. You can exchange or return merchandise if it arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you expected. To do so, ensure the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift certificates or gift items once dispatched, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Returns are also not valid on discounted merchandise.

REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please let us know. You can return or exchange any merchandise that arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or is different from what you expected. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all original tags. Returns and exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift certificates or gift items once dispatched unless there is a manufacturing defect. Returns on discounted merchandise are not accepted.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The order will be shipped within 7 days from the date the order is placed and delivery will be done as per the timelines of the delivery/courier partner. Also you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CANCELLATION

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 2 days of placing the order. Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order details. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note, that we do not accept cancellations for customized or personalized items once the order is placed.
